WICE-ENCODER provides encoding at the edge of service providers TV distribution network and offer low cost real-time TV streaming services for service provider.
The multicast streaming server converts incoming streams from the encoding servers to multicast packets and forwards them as multicast groups to the network. These servers are capable of generating multicast queries in the absence of a querier or a multicast proxy.
